Dr. Muhammad Mustapha Ishaq is a distinguished Islamic finance expert, thought leader, and international advisor with deep expertise in ethical finance, risk management, and digital innovation. He is a Chartered Banker, Chartered Risk Manager, Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor, and a published author, with a career dedicated to advancing responsible and innovative financial systems.

He brings a strong practical and policy-oriented perspective to complex challenges in finance, banking, infrastructure development, and digital financial services. Dr. Ishaq earned his PhD as a CIAWM scholar in Innovative Financial Instruments for Infrastructure Development from the Global University of Islamic Finance (INCEIF), Malaysia, where he also obtained a Master of Science in Islamic Finance.

Dr. Ishaq holds multiple professional fellowships and memberships, including Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Fellow of AAOIFI, Chartered Member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), Certified Shariah Advisor and Auditor (CSAA), Fellow of the Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals in Nigeria (FIFP), and Member of the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals, Malaysia (CIIF).

He holds multiple professional certifications, including membership of the Nigerian  Institute of Management (Chartered), World Educators Forum, and registers with the  Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). His academic and professional  background reflects a strong grounding in management, leadership development,  administration, public sector engagement, and training delivery. 

Ass Prof. Saheed Badmus has participated in several national and international training  programmes, workshops, and seminars focused on organizational effectiveness, policy  implementation, teaching excellence, and institutional reform. Kabir Suleiman is a seasoned banking and strategy professional with over two decades  of progressive experience across Branch and Head Office Operations, General Audit,  and Corporate Strategy within the Nigerian financial services industry. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from Usmanu Danfodiyo  University, Sokoto, and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is also a Certified  Strategy Professional, reflecting his expertise in strategic planning, performance  management, and execution discipline. 

Kabir currently serves as Corporate Strategy Specialist and Head, Strategy Planning &  Implementation at Jaiz Bank Plc, where he plays a critical role in translating corporate  objectives into actionable initiatives, tracking enterprise-wide performance, and  ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution. 

Beyond his corporate role, Kabir is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) the highest  recognition awarded by Toastmasters International demonstrating sustained  excellence in communication, leadership development, and mentorship. He has held  multiple leadership positions within the organization and actively mentors emerging  leaders and professionals.

Dr. Daud Omotosho Saheed is the Acting Director, Academic Planning and Strategy Unit  at Jimoh Babalola University, Ilorin, with over eight years of university teaching and  research experience. 

His research and professional interests span corporate and development finance,  international finance, Islamic finance, and financial markets in developing African  economies. He has published widely in reputable local and international peer-reviewed  academic journals, contributing to policy-relevant discourse in finance and  development.

Dr. Saheed possesses strong analytical and technical expertise, with proficiency in  banking applications and statistical software, including E-Views, Stata, SPSS, and R. 

In addition to academia, he brings extensive industry experience, having worked for  nearly a decade in the Nigerian commercial banking sector. He is a Student Member of  the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). 

He holds a National Diploma (ND) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Banking and  Finance, a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Finance, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in  Finance.
